What's In My Bag?

I always love the "What's In My Bag?" posts that bloggers do, so I decided to do one of my own and later this week I'll have another installment that tackles my workout bag. I am one of those people who likes to be  prepared for any situation that may come up, so a big tote style purse has always been necessary for me. Currently I'm using a C.Wonder Easy Tote that I picked up when they closed up shop and it perfectly fits everything below plus my laptop. My dream bag would also fit my camera, but I have yet to come across a bag that big that doesn't look like an overnight bag. If you know of one, tell me.

The most important item in my bag on a daily basis is definitely my planner. I have to write everything down from events to daily to-do's like laundry and chores to blogging plans. In conjunction with that, I always have a notebook with me where I jot down blog post ideas, keep track of when I'm posting what, inspiration for Instagram posts, everything. In order to write everything down, a stylish pen is a necessity. This picture definitely reminds me that it might be time to invest in a new wallet considering I bought a quick and cheap replacement after my wallet was stolen last year and have yet to take the time to find one that I love. Of course, a tervis tumbler, sunglasses, a KIND bar, and my iphone are also essentials for anytime I leave the house.

I'm someone who is seriously addicted to lip balm so both my trust lip balm and a more heavy duty tube of Dr. Lipp Nipple Balm for Lips are necessities. A tiny jar of Aquaphor (I have a huge tub and just refill this mini as needed) and Burt's Bees Lemon Butter cuticle cream keep my hands feeling soft throughout the day. If I'm traveling, working out, or anytime I'm running somewhere straight from work, I like to spritz on a little bit of Caudalie's Beauty Elixir to refresh my face. I also like to keep a perfume sample on hand for when I'm going day to night and want to feel a bit dressed up. A mini-brush and a compact mirror (I won these adorable Lilly ones and their matching bag in a giveaway - thanks Ashley!) are musts. And, for those days when everything seems to be going wrong, a pair of Kushyfoot's Flats to Go packable flats and Mini-Emergency Kit are absolute lifesavers.

What are your everyday necessities? Do you have any products that are musts for tossing in your purse? Would love to hear about new things I should try out!
