Wednesday Recipe

Looking for a super easy fall recipe? I bought a huge bag of apples last week which means I'm going to be doing lots of fall baking (I don't like apples raw!) I found this recipe in Whole Living last week and seriously, what could be easier than one ingredient and just a couple of steps?

All you do is slice up the apple (thinly!), remove the seeds, and arrange on a cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for a couple hours (I literally put them in there for 2.5 hours), flip, and then bake on the other side for another couple hours, until crispy. Let cool and enjoy!

And, just for kicks, the pretty picture from Whole Living:

Also, side note, has anyone else heard Kesha's new song? She's back and I'm obsessed.

  1. Ooh, might just have to try this one - sounds delish! And maybe I could add a bit of cinammon pre-bake?

And NO I haven't heard Ke$ha's new song, but I have loved pretty much all of her songs thus far, so sounds like I need to give it a listen!
