Wednesday Recipe

Last week, I found myself with an abundance of blueberries and strawberries that were beyond edible on their own, but still worth using in a recipe. Berry cobbler was the perfect, easy solution. Seriously, easiest, most delicious recipe ever.

Berry Cobbler

Blueberries and Strawberries (enough to layer on the bottom of each ramekin)
1.5 cups flour
1.5 cups sugar
1.5 sticks butter

Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour and sugar. Melt butter and add to flour/sugar mixture. It will form a thick dough. Layer fruit along bottom of 10 mini ramekin dishes (I cut up the strawberries). Press enough dough to cover fruit completely. Bake for 1 hour. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

Note: This will keep in the fridge for a solid week. Just reheat and eat!
